This role requires focus on orgnization, food cost control and team execution. You will work directly with Executive Chef / Owner and kitchen staff to improve systems, maintain high quality and maintain consistency in a busy kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Daily meat inventory and food costing.
Ordering and vendor coordination
Managing prep systems
Cooking and preparing off menu specials
Requirements:
Experience with high volume steak house
Strong understanding of food cost and inventory systems
Hands on & efficient
Strong communicaiton
