Compensation: $60,000 starting yearly Salary, 45-50 hours max weekly.
Description: We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and uphold high standards of food quality and safety. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth service
Maintain inventory and manage food costs
Enforce sanitation and safety standards
Train and mentor junior cooks
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
