Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition!

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities with similar specifications to those below:

Compensation: $22.00/-28.00hr *

*listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the talent acquisition team with full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close process and new hire on boarding

  • Identify diverse, top-level talent within the company's primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources and professional associations

  • Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process

  • Conduct interview screening process following firm guidelines and legal requirements

  • Conducts comprehensive pre-employment background checks and references of candidates

  • Includes offer letters and all related paperwork to be processed timely and accurately

  • Manages relationships with search firms and other candidate sources as required

  • Endorse retention, career development and training within the firm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required.

  • Experience in financial services strongly preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate strong relationship recruiting skills and ability to cultivate a diverse candidate pool

  • Ability to execute a successful sourcing strategy and maintain a strong professional network as a recruiter

  • Demonstrate a full range of sourcing techniques including internet sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals and personal network

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
