In-Person - Not Remote General Position Summary: The Solar PV Energy
Audit Program Manager will serve within the LCOOU Extension Department
under the Farm Director of the Extension Farm. The manager will assist
the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee ITAC program in establishing a
training program and a student industrial energy audit team at LCOOU.
The manager will also contact small to medium-sized regional
manufacturers to promote the free energy audit assessments that this
program will provide. The manager will also conduct outreach events and
run hands-on training at the university's new PV Solar laboratory. Key
Responsibilities: Manage and promote the university's new renewable
energy and industrial energy assessment program. Liaison with the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee ITAC program to ensure the program
meets all DOE grant requirements. Lead the LCOOU section of the
industrial energy audit team and travel to the region to conduct energy
audits on small to medium sized manufacturers to increase performance
and decrease energy costs for these companies. Reportability: Reports to
LCOOU Farm Director * OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree with 3 years or more
experience in the solar PV installation field. * APPLICATION
