Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Software QA Engineer to join the IT Applications team, supporting Salesforce and enterprise integrations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce and other enterprise platforms used in life-saving medical technology operations.
Our client develops innovative medical devices and software solutions that help diagnose and treat serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. Your work will directly support technologies used globally to improve cardiac patient outcomes and save lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios.
  • Design and execute automated and manual test plans for Salesforce and enterprise applications.
  • Execute test plans and document defects using QA tools, ensuring traceability between requirements and test coverage.
  • Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation, and replication in test environments.
  • Support production issue resolution and iterative release cycles.
  • Conduct API testing and validate system integrations with external platforms.
  • Perform ongoing validation to maintain system stability and application performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements and project work.

Required Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation
  • Experience with API testing and validating enterprise integrations
Core Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Experience working in regulated or medical device environments
