Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support for enterprise software issues including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Assist with software installs, upgrades, migrations, and environment setup
- Review logs, document support cases, and escalate complex issues as needed
- Support remote customer training and help maintain training/documentation materials
- Assist with online product demos and demo environment preparation
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support testing of new releases
You should have most of the following:
- 3+ years of experience in software technical support, systems administration, or enterprise application support
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop environments, and software installation/configuration
- Working knowledge of SQL, including SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Familiarity with IIS, system log review, and troubleshooting application environments
- PowerShell exposure is a plus
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple support issues at once
- Experience with enterprise software deployments, remote training, or product demos is preferred
- Document management software experience is a plus
- Exposure to AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Autodesk products is a nice to have
