Roles and Responsibilities:

This person should be people focused and driven.

A Lead Hyland OnBase Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using Hyland’s OnBase platform.

In a lead capacity, this role involves technical leadership, workflow design, system governance, and cross?functional collaboration.

Solution Architecture: Lead the design and build of complex WorkFlow designs, WorkView applications, and Unity Forms.

Custom Development: Develop and maintain custom logic using C#.NET (Unity API) and JavaScript to extend core OnBase functionality.

Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration of OnBase with external systems via API, web services, and middleware


System Lifecycle Management: Manage the health of the OnBase environment, including performing version upgrades (e.g., Foundation 22 to 24+) and infrastructure optimization

Must Have Technical Skills: (Min 8+ yrs of exp required in all of the below skills)
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Hyland OnBase development and administration
  • Informatica
  • JavaScript
  • Scripting/Coding: Proficiency in C#
  • SQL (MS SQL Server)
  • Mentorship
  • Establish coding standards
  • Perform peer code reviews
  • Previous experience mentoring junior developers
  • Infrastructure optimization
