Job Title: Scrum Master – Agile Coach (P&C Domain)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
+ Coach two Scrum teams to enhance Agile maturity and maintain a sustainable development pace.
+ Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support Program Increment (PI) execution.
+ Collaborate closely with Product Owners to proactively identify and resolve challenges.
+ Maintain and report on Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, defect trends, and completion rates.
+ Support Product Owners in backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization.
+ Anticipate and remove impediments to ensure consistent delivery of value.
+ Act as a change agent, promoting Agile principles and best practices across teams and the organization.
+ Foster a safe and trusting team environment focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
+ Influence Agile behaviors across stakeholders and leadership through direct feedback and coaching.
+ Engage with individual team members to identify opportunities for Agile performance improvement and mindset enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
+ Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master applying Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps practices.
+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
+ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to remove roadblocks effectively.
+ Highly organized with experience in leading Agile ceremonies and tracking progress metrics.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
+ Effective coaching skills to guide teams toward self-organization and goal achievement.
+ Passionate about Agile with experience influencing without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
+ Experience with Agile Release Trains or as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
