Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Job Description Summary:
As a ServiceNow Developer at , you will play a pivotal role in the functional configuration, unit testing, documentation, and auditing processes related to ServiceNow. This role is integral to a cross-functional team responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical capabilities for an optimal user experience. This role will be part of the People (HR) Product Team.
Job Description:
Collaborate with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications to develop system improvements for business subject matter experts (SME).
Analyze requirements and execute functional configuration to ensure an optimal user experience.
Conduct thorough unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams.
Develops processes by studying information needs, validating design with users and technical resources, studying systems flow, reviewing data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas and following the organization standards.
Work closely with integration teams on third-party application integrations.
Continuously seek ways to optimize and improve existing business processes and configurations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolving complex system problems, and managing workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.
Key Responsibilities/% of Time: Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
Ensure the latest release of the application is implemented promptly with minimal or no disruption to IT/HR operations.
Build custom integrations and automations between SN and Workday to enhance user experience.
