Description / Position Overview

This role owns the development and delivery of software solutions that support internal operations and business-critical systems.

The Software Developer is responsible for building reliable applications, improving system performance, and ensuring features are delivered cleanly and on time. This role exists to strengthen system stability, reduce friction across workflows, and enable the business to operate more efficiently through strong engineering execution.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and developers are expected to take ownership and deliver.

What You’ll Own

Development & Delivery

• Build and maintain applications using .NET across front-end and back-end components
• Develop APIs, services, and database integrations that support core systems
• Translate business requirements into stable, production-ready solutions

Technical Ownership

• Own features end-to-end from planning through deployment and support
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical gaps early
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with system needs

Execution & Problem Solving

• Work through new challenges and shifting priorities without losing momentum
• Troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution quickly
• Deliver work with a strong focus on outcomes and timelines

Collaboration

• Work closely with product, QA, and operations teams to align on requirements
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and release cycles

Must-Haves

• Experience developing applications using .NET (full stack experience preferred)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and execution
• Ability to take on new challenges and solve problems independently

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with front-end frameworks (React or similar)
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• Experience working with SQL or relational databases
• Exposure to operational, logistics, or ERP-related systems

First 90 Days

• Delivers features with minimal rework and clear ownership
• Quickly adapts to systems, workflows, and development processes

First 6 Months

• Consistently delivers reliable features on time
• Improves system performance and reduces production issues
• Becomes a dependable contributor across the development team
