Software Developer - Full Stack

Location: Irving, TX

Salary Range: $65-$70

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with backend development using Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR
• Proficiency in frontend engineering with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Marketo integration
• Knowledge of modern image optimization techniques, such as WebP
• Experience with AI-driven SEO optimization

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with React
• Familiarity with multi-site, multi-language, and localization workflows
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
• Build and enhance web applications using AEM architecture
• Support authoring teams with AEM interface knowledge
• Develop backend logic including APIs, integrations, and microservices
• Implement and support Marketo integrations with AEM
• Optimize digital assets and page performance
• Apply AI-powered SEO optimization techniques
• Implement responsive front-end experiences
• Integrate AEM with third-party platforms
• Troubleshoot issues, debug complex code, and support QA teams
• Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and reusable component libraries
