Software Developer - Full Stack

This is a Hybrid position requiring 3-5 days in the office from our hub locations in Atlanta, GA, Irving, TX, or Minneapolis, MN.

Project Summary

Join our Cards Servicing – Digital organization as a Full Stack Engineer, focusing on Java and microservices development. You will be part of a project team working on modernizing our Partner Card Servicing Platform or Online Banking platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and the Agile team to refine them.
• Design and develop solutions using best practices, including unit tests and contributing to test automation.
• Collaborate with other leads to ensure timely release deliverables.
• Guide offshore engineers to achieve development goals.
• Configure, tune, maintain, and install application systems, validating system functionality.
• Monitor and fine-tune applications to achieve optimal performance, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist with application system problem resolution by collaborating with developers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Address product backlog and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality features.
• Maintain a comprehensive database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams using Agile/DevOps principles to achieve business objectives and serve customer needs.
