Compensation:
  • Base pay between $20.00 - $24.00

Job Duties:

The Softlines Marketing and Web Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the loading and management of CGP event data, apparel, footwear, and accessory samples for marketing and web purposes. This includes overseeing the marketing process for these categories, ensuring the accurate and timely data loads for online content, promotions, and product visibility. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information, imagery, and marketing materials are correctly represented on the website and support digital campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution of softlines marketing initiatives and web merchandising strategies.

  • Liaison between merchant and marketing partners. Develop rapport and relationships with vendors, directors, and coworkers.
  • Prioritize web and print communication for timely marketing strategies.
  • Track promotional materials by coordinating requirements with marketing department, buyers, vendor and administrative support staff with the goal of hitting marketing due dates.
  • Maintain administrative continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
  • Communicate irregularities, create, review and implement “best practice” systems.
  • Develop up-to-date reporting procedures to analyze operating practices.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of marketing material warehouse and donation procurement.
  • Secure samples from vendors or stores
  • Maintain advertising, CGP, Manager meeting, and Seminar calendars and make sure team is aware of all due dates concerning above.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with Manager Meetings and divisional seminars when applicable.
Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years administrative assistant experience
  • 2 – 3 years of retail experience is preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of softlines categories, including apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web merchandising tools.
  • Understanding of CGP event/systems loads and product data management.
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices
