Social Worker Compensation
- The pay for this position is negotiable
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Social Worker Highlights

- 8 hour shifts: 8 am – 4:30 pm, 3 pm – 11:30 pm
- 10 hour shifts: 3 pm – 1:30 am
- Weekend Rotation Required.
- No Holidays.
Social Worker Responsibilities
- Provide direct social work services to students and families, assisting with personal and environmental issues.
- Collaborate with students, families, and school staff to create effective plans for pediatric/adolescent needs.
- Implement the five phases of the social work process for pediatric/adolescent populations.
- Provide referrals to community resources and agencies.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Coordinate student care with other school staff to ensure quality outcomes and resource utilization.
Social Worker Requirements
- 5+ years of Case Management Experience with 2+ years of Recent Acute Inpatient Case Management Experience
- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker in Michigan (LMSW or LLMSW).
- At least 1 year of recent experience with…
