Job Title: Social Media Project Coordinator

 

Location: Addison, TX

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

 

Pay: $20-30/hr BOE

 

Role Impact

This role ensures the client’s social media and digital advertising content is delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. The Social Media Project Coordinator manages daily workflows, keeps campaigns organized, and supports cross-functional teams to drive consistent digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project management for social media and digital advertising content

• Create, assign, and track tasks in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, Basecamp)

• Build and maintain weekly content calendars

• Oversee timelines for paid social and display advertising deliverables

• Monitor social channels for user-generated and influencer content

• Support ad hoc projects including short-form video, script writing, competitor research, PR support, and content shoots


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Experience with project coordination or digital marketing experience

• Experience in social media, content creation, or digital advertising

• Background or interest in marketing, direct sales, or beauty industry

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail


Core Tools & Systems

• Project management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Trello, Basecamp)

• Social media platforms and paid social workflows

• Content calendars and digital asset systems


Preferred Skills

• Experience in social media, content creation, or digital advertising

• Background or interest in marketing, direct sales, or beauty industry

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
