We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be a passionate digital and social media maverick, who can drive our online presence through strategic planning, engaging content creation, and effective post scheduling. This role involves a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape and the ability to leverage various social media platforms to enhance our brand, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. With your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and graphic design, you will create visually appealing and impactful content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity.
2. Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community of followers.
3. Create engaging, shareable content, using your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design visually compelling graphics.
4. Schedule and post content regularly, optimizing each post for reach, engagement, and impact.
5. Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on our brand, adjusting strategies as needed.
6. Engage with our audience on all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure all social media content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in a professionally setting.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
4. Proven experience in social media strategy development and implementation.
5. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and ability to interpret and act on performance data.
6. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to align your writing style with our brand voice.
7. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
9. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
10. Ability to handle social media channels in a crisis or during high-profile events.
