Overview
I am an established and rapidly growing social media influencer seeking a highly motivated, organized, and growth-focused Social Media Growth Manager & Personal Assistant to help scale my personal brand across multiple platforms.
This role combines social media growth strategy, content analysis, marketing outreach, and executive/personal assistance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives while managing multiple priorities — someone who anticipates needs, optimizes schedules, and drives measurable growth.
Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Strategy
Analyze video performance data to maximize follower growth, reach, and engagement
Test, analyze, and optimize short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Build, manage, and grow personal social media pages across multiple platforms
Lead growth strategy and execution for YouTube and Kick
Create and launch new social media channels as opportunities arise
Research trends, competitors, and high-performing creators to inform strategy
Marketing & Partnerships
Research companies for potential marketing and brand partnership opportunities
Proactively contact existing and prospective companies regarding collaborations
Set up, manage, and execute marketing campaigns (including contests and giveaways)
Track outreach efforts, responses, and campaign performance
Content Production Support
Assist with filming content as needed
Coordinate with editors, AI specialists, and content creators
Source, vet, and manage external resources such as editors and freelancers
Personal Assistant & Operations
Provide proactive support, including reminders, follow-ups, and schedule optimization
Assist with daily tasks, organization, and priority management
Schedule, coordinate, and attend daily or recurring meetings
Manage calendars, deadlines, and workflows
Coordinate all business and personal travel arrangements
Handle business and personal reservations, appointments, and scheduling
Handle occasional errands (remote or in-person depending on location)
Ensure projects, commitments, and deliverables stay on track
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and analytics
Proven ability to analyze performance data and test new approaches
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
Professional, discreet, and reliable when handling sensitive business and personal matters
Flexible schedule with availability for daily coordination

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Flexible
Pay: $70,000–$90,000 per year + bonus structure
