Compensation:
$21 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:- Create engaging videos and display content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Ensure all ads align with the firm’s brand voice and trust-driven positioning
- Help grow our online community and boost engagement
- Capture behind-the-scenes firm culture and client success stories
- Schedule posts, track performance, and pitch fresh ideas
- Skilled with Canva, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok trends
- 2+ years running social campaigns (MetaComfortable in a fast-moving, creative environment
- A strong writer who can match tone and brand
- Passionate about helping others and having fun doing it
- Able to provide portfolio work at the time of the interview
- Tolerant of a wide variety of viewpoints, including conservative ones.

We have a robust marketing department and are looking to expand our social media presence, particularly with video and graphic design.
