Job Summary
Bridger is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. This role is responsible for social media execution, content creation, and online reputation management, while supporting brand awareness and business growth across multiple digital channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts
Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with company initiatives and events
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content to increase engagement and visibility
Manage Google and Yelp reviews, including outreach, monitoring, and professional responses
Attend trade shows and industry events to capture content and promote the brand
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Experience developing strategies to increase Google and Yelp customer reviews
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns
Strong content creation skills, including visual design, video, and copywriting
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule and Location
Full-time, 40 hours per week
In-office position based in Pleasanton, CA
Regular travel to trade shows and industry events (approximately once per month)
