Job Title: Social Impact Operations & Reporting Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.40/hr
Type: 12 month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Overview

The Social Impact Operations & Reporting Coordinator supports the execution, reporting, and governance of corporate social impact and global health initiatives. This role combines data analysis, compliance documentation, stakeholder coordination, and operational support to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing reporting, payments, and cross-functional collaboration in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support data analysis and reporting for Social Impact metrics, including tracking progress toward strategic commitments

  • Coordinate reporting for employee volunteer programs and engagement initiatives

  • Assist in administering grants, sponsorships, and collaboration agreements, ensuring proper documentation and monitoring of charitable contributions

  • Maintain compliance documentation to support internal governance and external regulatory requirements

  • Develop dashboards and KPI tracking tools to monitor program performance and engagement outcomes

  • Prepare impact summaries, briefing materials, and leadership reports

  • Coordinate and process payments related to Social Impact initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage routing and execution of legal, compliance, and contractual documents

  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and workflow improvements for payment and documentation processes

  • Organize large, multi-stakeholder meetings and convenings, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation

  • Maintain and organize document libraries within SharePoint and Teams environments

  • Develop and distribute internal communications to highlight impact stories and program successes

  • Research emerging trends in global health and social impact to inform program strategy

  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution of initiatives

  • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, workflow automation, and operational processes

  • Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and company governance policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in social impact, corporate responsibility, nonprofit operations, or program coordination

  • Experience with data tracking, KPI development, and dashboard reporting

  • Familiarity with grants management, charitable contributions, or compliance documentation

  • Experience managing budgets, payments, or financial tracking workflows

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms

  • Ability to coordinate complex schedules and multi-stakeholder meetings

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy and governance standards
