SMT Operator

The Operator performs basic assembly tasks with high accuracy and moderate speed under moderate supervision. Responsibilities include:

• Screen Printer & Paste Inspection: Load, print, and unload materials using screen printer and paste inspection machines, ensuring precise alignment and print quality.
• Pick and Place Machine: Load, operate, and unload pick-and-place machines for accurate placement of components on assemblies.
• Feeder Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating and managing feeders, ensuring proper loading and alignment of materials for assembly.
• Reflow Oven Operation: Load/unload materials in reflow oven, ensuring accurate timing and temperature for optimal soldering.
• Task Performance: Complete all tasks following assembly instructions, maintaining a focus on accuracy and moderate speed.
