SMT Machine Operator

Job Summary:

• Operate electromechanical equipment for assembling electronic circuit boards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings.
• Communicate technical data, error reports, and equipment malfunctions to the Quality team and machine support.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning on production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor the assembly process and collaborate with machine support to meet defect reduction targets.
• Report part shortages before and during production runs to avoid delays.
• Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards and ensure accuracy and neatness in work.
• Work cooperatively with team members, maintaining trust and motivation within the group.
• Present ideas for improvements to the Team Leader, actively contributing to process enhancements.
