Summary:
We are looking for an SME Information Technology Project Manager.
Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the technical planning, support, deployment and implementation of B-2 Sustainment Branch computer systems. This includes upgrades, patches and system/parts replacements at all B-2 Sustainment Branch-designated locations. Support shall also include management of data backup and recovery functions for B-2 Sustainment Branch-managed systems, using existing Sustainment Branch tools such as Veritas.
- Provide technician-level support for B-2 Sustainment Branch end users. Support shall include assisting B-2 system administrators in the installation, monitoring and maintenance of end-user desktop and laptop devices.
- The Contractor shall also assist in maintaining inventory, status and maintenance records.
- Provide technical planning, support, development, documentation and installation for the B-2 Engineering & Logistics Management Application (ELMA).
- The Contractor shall also provide development and administrative support for the B-2 Sustainment Branch classified and unclassified SharePoint systems. Support includes .NET and SharePoint services development and support.
- The contractor shall also provide expertise in enhancing application usability and improving the overall user experience for all ELMA applications.
- Provide technical planning and support of B-2 Sustainment Branch information in the ECCS (Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) activities, including the development of all documentation required to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) approval for B-2 Sustainment Branch data systems.
- Provide information security support for the B-2 Sustainment Branch.
- Provide technical support development and modifications to engineering drawings using B-2 weapon system Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) tools, including CATIA, JEDMICS and AutoCAD. Support shall include support of B-2 Sustainment Branch engineers in the Design Change Notice (DCN) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
- Provide technical support and administration of the B-2 Sustainment Branch facility-management software system.
- The Contractor shall deliver a status report on a monthly basis.
- The Contractor shall be required to travel periodically to other B-2 locations as part of this contract. Locations include, but are not limited to: Whiteman AFB, Warrensburg MO; Northrop-Grumman, Palmdale and El Segundo CA; Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton MO.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Expert in the area of IT project management (ability to lead a team, inspire cooperation, maintain systems, and develop new applications within given constraints).
- Demonstrated ability to document meeting notes, and outcomes to drive solutions.
- Expert in breaking down work to be evaluated.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 Years of related experience.
- Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies.
- Must have a TOP SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
