Insurors of Texas is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Small Business Unit. This full time, hybrid position requires a professional who will manage their own book of commercial accounts, ensure accurate and timely policy processing, and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and team members. The Account Manager will oversee renewal marketing, resolve policy issues, and adapt to changing workflows while upholding the agencys standards for service and accuracy.
Salary Range: $43000.00 - $63000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact with clients for all inquiries
- Provide day to day servicing for an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes with precision and timeliness.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding coverage, billing, and claims procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, resolve underwriting and billing issues, and secure timely documentation.
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A genuine desire to help others and solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum two years of experience in Commercial Insurance - preferred
- General Lines Property and Casualty LIcense in the State of Texas - preferred
