Skilled Laborer – Industrial Construction
$25.00/hr to $30.00/hr DOE

About the Role:
A large industrial construction project in Moyie Springs, Idaho is seeking skilled and dependable laborers to support the construction and rebuilding of large industrial dry kilns. This is hands-on, technical work in an active industrial environment. We’re looking for individuals with strong layout, measurement, and construction skills—especially those with backgrounds in millwright work, siding, roofing, or other skilled trades. This project offers a minimum 8‑week duration with a strong likelihood of extension.
This position operates on a 5×10 schedule with required overtime, and candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding, safety‑driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction and assembly of kiln structures
• Build and install tracks for large industrial doors
• Perform precise layout and tape‑measure work
• Work safely at elevated heights (scissor lift — tied off)
• Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
• Support general skilled labor tasks throughout the job site

Qualifications:

• Strong tape‑measure reading and layout accuracy (required)
• Industrial or commercial construction experience
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Comfortable working at heights using a scissor lift with harness
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in industrial conditions
• No welding required
• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toe boots, high‑vis, fall‑protection harness)
