Our client, a leader in workspace management and organizational efficiency, is seeking a Site/Space Planner 2 (2-4 years) to join their dedicated team. As a Site/Space Planner 2 (2-4 years), you will be an integral part of the Facilities Management Department supporting workplace planning and employee relocation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Enter, track, and close employee move-related work orders within the work order management system.
- Coordinate and schedule contract labor such as movers and furniture installers to support daily move activities.
- Serve as a primary contact for move-related requests, providing clear communication and status updates to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the occupancy and space management database to ensure accurate headcount and seating information.
- Support move planning for small- to medium-scale employee relocations across multiple buildings, tracking schedules and dependencies to meet deadlines.
What's Needed?
- Experience in space planning and move management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with work order or space management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
