Your Impact
As our EHS Coordinator (Afternoon Shift), you will be a visible leader who supports our people, strengthens our systems, and drives our safety and environmental goals forward. Your work directly influences:

What You’ll Do
Champion Safety Culture
Lead by example on the floor and in conversations
Support behavior‑based safety and our “brother’s keeper” mindset
Provide engaging training and toolbox talks that connect with employees
Partner with shift supervisors and associates to solve safety challenges together
Drive Environmental Stewardship
Conduct inspections and support compliance programs (SWPPP, SPCC, wastewater, recycling, waste handling)
Maintain accurate reporting and environmental records
Support sustainability initiatives that reduce waste and improve plant performance
Lead Continuous Improvement
Investigate incidents with a people-first, learning-focused mindset
Track safety metrics and near‑misses
Help close corrective actions and support preventive improvements
Keep communication boards, documentation, and PPE systems running smoothly
Qualifications:
What You Bring
2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
Food manufacturing background is a strong plus
Strong communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to connect with employees at all levels
Organized, dependable, and committed to follow-through
Comfortable working the afternoon shift and flexible hours
