1. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all customers and handle customer conflict in a professional manner.
3. Follow and enforce all dress code policies; Keep a clean, professional appearance while on Soft Suds property.
4. Motivate fellow employees and ensure everyone is working together as a team.
5. Must be a person of character that exceeds the bare minimum asked of them. Will remain honest & trustworthy during their employment.
6. Must be able to work in fluctuating temperatures. (I.e. anywhere from 32 degrees to 100 degrees or more).
7. Must be comfortable and have mastery in the following areas of the facility: Wash bay prep and dry, cashier, interior (if applicable), opening/closing procedures, staffing, paperwork, customer relations, etc.
8. Must walk site hourly this includes entire building to note any staff, maintenance, appearance or customer service issues.
9. Must be able to access labor reports every hour and make staffing decisions accordingly.
10. Ability to delegate tasks to the staff and follow up once the task has been completed.
11. Effectively communicate with the Corporate Office regarding staff, equipment issues or safety violations.
12. Must follow and enforce all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, track safety, use of Personal Protective Equipment, & cell phone use.
14. Follow shut down procedure when the site needs to be shut down for weather or maintenance issues.
15. Works closely with the Corporate Personnel to resolve any and all equipment issues in a timely manner.
16. Responsible for completing a Daily Walk Through form according to company guidelines & preventative maintenance delegated by corporate.
17. Assist with any maintenance preformed on the equipment. May be responsible to schedule vendor repairs as required by corporate.
18. Must maintain all daily/weekly/monthly forms and logs required by the corporate office.
19. Ability to create schedules, conduct employee reviews, schedule daily breaks using the staffing program, & update schedules when required.
20. Will be responsible for conducting interviews, hiring, firing, orientations, and training when needed.
22. Attend monthly meetings held at the corporate office unless notified otherwise.
28. Position requires a consistent minimum of 40 hours per week.
29. Conduct monthly staff meetings once a month and attend marketing and hiring events.
30. Assist with customer inquiries and or complaints. This includes CER’s, responding to reviews, customer service emails, ARM cancellations, and any other issues regarding the customers as needed by the corporate office.
33. Will be required to participate in weekend call rotation.
34. Any additional duties as required by the corporate office.
A driven individual who excels in all areas of the wash facility. They serve as a model for customer service behaviors to their coworkers. They provide a clean environment for the workplace employees and the customers who visit. A Manager takes pride in the facility and provides support to Corporate staff by taking ownership in their duties and accomplishing all tasks asked of them in a timely manner.
A Manager shows leadership and determination. They must willfully follow and enforce the rules and regulations set forth by Soft Suds, Inc. in the employee handbook.
