TMD Staffing is seeking a Sit-Down Forklift Operator in East Houston, TX (77078)
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person
PAY RATE: $19.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Monday Thursday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (subject to change)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in assembling HVAC boxes and related components on the production line
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently under established procedures
- Crosstrain on multiple machines to support production flexibility
- Maintain organization and flow of materials on the assembly line
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and support production
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with machine operation or assembly preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude or tech-savvy mindset
- Ability to work in uncontrolled climate conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company policies
- Availability for overtime as business requires
