Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within the semiconductor, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or AI infrastructure industries.
- 2 years of recruiting experience in one of the following domains: Silicon Engineering (e.g. Computer Architecture, Silicon Design, Physical Design, CAD, or Product and Test), Hardware Engineering, or Technical Infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience securing high-level technical applicants by navigating compensation structures and performing against established silicon firms.
- Experience with the Semiconductor and AI Accelerator landscape along with understanding of the silicon life-cycle.
- Ability to solve operational problems in an ambiguous environment, delivering impact as an individual contributor with work ethic and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence the Engineering Vice-Presidents and work across global teams.

- Recruit and hire engineering talent, from early in career through executive industry levels, for high-priority Cloud Silicon initiatives. Own the strategy for expanding our custom silicon recruiting road map, achieving quarterly goals while aligning with the hardware execution cycles.
- Partner with the engineering leaders as a domain expert. Use market insights to shape talent engagement, interview processes, and organizational design for specialized silicon teams.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for niche, passive talent through high-signal channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate magical applicant experiences through outreach strategies, employment branding, and assessment processes. Share market intelligence on competitor trends and talent clusters to optimize sourcing across the silicon life cycle.
