Shredding & Sorting Associate

We are hiring associates to work in a recycling and processing facility. Responsibilities include shredding plastic and metal materials and sorting items on a conveyor belt by separating acceptable materials from non-acceptable materials. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Holliston, MA 01746
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort plastic and metal materials on a conveyor belt
• Identify and separate good and bad materials
• Assist with shredding operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Be clean-shaven around the cheeks and neck for a one-time respirator fit test
