Showroom Coordinator

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our client in Raleigh, NC. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming experience and ensuring the showroom is well-organized, merchandised, and accurately priced. The Showroom Coordinator will also support designers and assist with marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, creating a positive and professional first impression.
• Support designers with tile selections and provide product guidance to customers.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom with accurate pricing on all samples.
• Update and manage the vendor pricing database to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to keep Google Docs and other databases current.
• Provide general support for marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
