The Showing Assistant position at Agents With A Smile is tailored for newer agents seeking consistent interaction with active buyers, real market exposure, and proven systems, all while cultivating the habits essential for a lasting career in real estate. This role prioritizes learning, service, and skill-building over immediate earnings or short-term gains.

In this role, you will accompany buyers on home tours, collect feedback, and enhance the overall client experience. You’ll gain invaluable face-to-face client interaction, sharpen your communication abilities, and build confidence navigating properties, neighborhoods, and buyer needs.

Although there may be opportunities for compensation related to showings, this role is not designed as a primary income source. Showing Assistants are expected to engage actively in lead generation, training, and coaching, viewing showings as a valuable learning opportunity and a way to generate future business through exceptional service.

Purpose of This Role

This position is designed to establish a solid foundation. You’ll receive exposure, structure, and support while observing how successful agents operate in real-world scenarios. It’s an excellent starting point for agents aiming to build confidence, competence, and momentum the right way.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
