Prospecting and lead generation energize you, objections don’t rattle you, and you communicate with clarity and confidence. You want to grow full-time with a team of integrity-driven professionals who value collaboration and results.
You are:
- A team-first professional
- A licensed real estate agent(or motivated to get licensed)
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Learning-based and growth-minded
- Organized and disciplined
- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent at managing time and priorities
