Role
We're looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed short-form video & content producer to help explode our brand across Instagram and other major social platforms. If you live and breathe short-form content, know what's trending before it hits the feed, and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping videos—this role is for you!
The role includes strategic content planning, lead generation creation from social using Manychat / chat, audience engagement and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility, engage followers, and drive conversions for Embodied Marketing and our clients.
Your expertise will transform our brand's presence on Instagram, increasing engagement, and significantly expand our overall market influence.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and research daily content ideas that align with brand strategy and current social trends for Embodied Marketing channels. Identify and share weekly social trends with our Ignite clients.
- Develop an annual and monthly content plan for assigned pod of Ignite clients. Provide guidance and weekly live coaching for all Ignite clients on: content development, on-camera & editorial direction, and DM-based conversational selling.
- Come on-site (studio or home) about 4 times per month to film content (using a phone, no fancy camera).
- Record, edit, and produce ~3 pieces of content per day for Instagram (Reels, stories, carousels) for Embodied Marketing. Write engaging captions and select strong hooks, angles, and formats.
- Post content daily directly to each platform (no 3rd party scheduler), re-purposing to other major platforms strategically and as needed. This will shift as we evolve our strategy.
- Build simple processes and systems to track performance, keep content organized; approved, and batch-created ahead of schedule. Fill out social media metrics for our weekly marketing meeting.
- Leverage performance metrics to drive optimizations and make creative recommendations based on what's working.
- Collect examples from other social channels, share with the team for inspiration, and leverage in EM content development as well as Ignite client coaching.
- Manage Social Media Engagement including:
- Monitoring comments, engagements and DM's on our social channels and responding to all.
- Inviting engagers to like our FB & IG pages
- IG engagement and growth efforts
- Work to engage our followers in a way that aims to drive them into application
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator & Sales team when needed
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator & Sales team when needed
- Keep all social profiles up to date (bio links, bios, profile images, cover photos)

- Fully executing a top-notch social media strategy for EM and Ignite clients
- Agency Applications directly attributed back to organic social media efforts
- All social media assets are organized and posted on time
- All social DM conversations strategically move leads to an application to work with us and deeper sales conversations as relevant
- All social channel messages are responded to in a timely manner
- Instagram followers and engagement see consistent growth
- Increased IG DMs & sales conversations
- Ignite clients receive quality annual and monthly social media plans that align with their messaging and brand identity
- Ignite clients feel supported and experience social growth, helping to drive retention goals.
- Organic TikTok presence is created and managed to see growth and drive applications
- Organic LinkedIn presence is created and managed to see growth and drive applications
- Organic YouTube presence is created, maintained, and managed
Requirements
- Experience with social strategies for brands online, can show evidence of building a specific channel with your own work
- Clear indication of STRATEGY when it comes to organic social media
- Solid short-form editing skills with proven examples of your work readily available
- Deep love for social media, trending formats, storytelling, and content creation.
- Strong creative instincts—you know what's engaging, what's shareable, and what stops the scroll.
- Comfortable filming on an iPhone (no heavy tech skills needed).
- Basic editing skills in apps like IG app, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
- Highly organized with the ability to batch, systemize, and stay ahead on content.
- Self-starter who brings ideas to the table and thrives in a fast-paced creator environment.
- Drive and passion to learn and understand the Embodied Marketing mission
- Goal and growth orientated. Metrics will be evaluated and held.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary
- $55k-$65k depending on experience
- This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in office 2-4 days per month to start, and building up to 4 days per week over time.
