Job Details

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment in a shop setting
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and electrical repairs
Complete preventive maintenance and scheduled service inspections
Use diagnostic software, service manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues
Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labor hours
Work closely with service leadership and parts teams to complete repairs efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Participate in training to stay current with equipment technology

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Experience working with diesel-powered equipment, hydraulics, or industrial machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Comfort using computers and diagnostic tools
Ownership of professional-grade tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements
Heavy construction equipment experience is a plus but not required for the right mechanically strong candidate
