Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and manage procurement as needed.
• Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and logistics, to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on production output, quality, safety, and efficiency for senior management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
