Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process, addressing any deviations.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Control operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and quality assurance, to achieve production goals.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor management role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
