We are hiring a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Ventura, CA (93003). This Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate role offers steady hours, a 4-day workweek, and the chance to become a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.

• Location: Ventura, CA 93003
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
• Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a warehouse team

Qualifications:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to the Ventura 93003 location
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions
