You will be responsible for the distribution of product by pulling orders from the shop floor; preparing and staging finished product, and loading/unloading trucks.
DESCRIPTION:
- Package all product in such a way as to ensure safe transport to customer.
- Performs warehouse control, inventory control and related duties.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
- Uses material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Applies shipping documentation and labeling to outgoing packages.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. plus stand for extended periods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have experience safety operating commercial grade wood cutting equipment.
- Able to accurately use a tape measure.
- Have a Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Can operate a Tow Motor, Forklift and Pallet Jack.
- PC Proficiency.
