Shipping /Receiving/Inventory Coordinator (Medical Device)

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local medical device company in the RTP area who is hiring a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. .
Responsibilities:
- Coordinator will receive in and stock clinical grade materials
- Coordinator will maintain inventory of materials, managing inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts
- Coordinator will verify and record shipments in ERP system, create shipping labels
- Coordinator will coordinate with carriers and internal teams on shipments
- Coordinator will verify against invoices or bills of lading
- Coordinator will transport materials using a forklift or hand truck
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years warehouse background with receiving, inventory, and/or shipping
- Candidates must have experience working in a GMP environment
- Candidates must be familiar with GDPs
- Candidates must be computer savvy with MS Office Suite and WMS
