Key responsibilities include packaging and shipping products as per customer specifications, choosing the correct packaging solutions for secure transit, and orchestrating the disposition of incoming goods and material flow. You'll handle essential documentation like packing slips, bills of lading, and export paperwork, while also managing incoming materials and verifying their quality. Comparing shipment details with documentation, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and ensuring all shipments are labeled and prepared correctly will also be part of your duties.

Moreover, maintain inventory of shipping supplies, ensure the precision of outgoing shipments through inspection, and manage routine data entry and clerical tasks. Close collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and quality departments will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and supporting quality policies is vital.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, basic math proficiency, and a knack for understanding detailed instructions. Prior experience with forklifts, cranes, and export paperwork will be advantageous, though we offer training where needed. Forklift and crane operation certification will be provided internally, emphasizing safe practices aligned with company standards.
