I. | JOB SUMMARY: |
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for performing a range of administrative and clerical duties, including processing shipping documentation, printing pick tickets and labels, and maintaining accurate data entry. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and supports truck drivers by coordinating and assisting with pickup procedures. The Shipping Clerk reports directly to the Shipping Office Supervisor.

II. | ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: |
· Execute a broad range of clerical and administrative functions, including the preparation and printing of pick tickets and labels. Processes bills of ladings · Coordinate and maintain daily outbound shipping schedules, ensuring all shipments are processed on time, information is accurate, and records are consistently kept up to date. · Accurately process bills of lading in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. · Coordinate with transportation personnel by directing truck drivers to designated loading docks for product pickup. · Manage driver check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all required documentation, including bills of lading, is properly completed and signed. · Provide a high standard of customer service by demonstrating professionalism, respect, an | |
