Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading global aviation manufacturer seeking a shipping and receiving specialist.  If you have at least 1-2 yeas of shipping and receiving experience, this is the ideal role for you.  Apply now and call 703-620-6444 


Responsibilities:
    • Ensures product quality adherence to established procedures and standards.
    • Handle inbound and outbound shipments
    • Loading and unloading trucks when needed
    • Executes equipment qualifications and machine validations.
    • Participates in comprehensive material and product testing.
    • Inspects all incoming materials from external suppliers to ensure compliance.
    • Reports nonconformities promptly to relevant management personnel.
    • Operates autonomously across various stages of the production and inspection processes.
    • Manages time efficiently to meet demanding turnaround deadlines while maintaining accuracy
    • Additional tasks and duties as assigned




Qualifications/Background Profile:
    • Demonstrates strong comprehension and execution of English written and verbal instructions.
    • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, .
    • Possesses excellent organizational skills, effectively balancing multiple tasks and managing time.
    • Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules based on operational needs.
    • Maintains the physical capacity to perform duties requiring prolonged standing/walking and lifting/moving objects.
    • Utilizes well-developed problem-solving, negotiation, and listening skills.
    • Competent in critical analysis, data gathering, evaluation, and drawing valid conclusions.
    • Skilled in utilizing an RF Scanner and SAP or CRM system
    • Google Suite Proficiency preferred
