Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Ensures product quality adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments
- Loading and unloading trucks when needed
- Executes equipment qualifications and machine validations.
- Participates in comprehensive material and product testing.
- Inspects all incoming materials from external suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Reports nonconformities promptly to relevant management personnel.
- Operates autonomously across various stages of the production and inspection processes.
- Manages time efficiently to meet demanding turnaround deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Demonstrates strong comprehension and execution of English written and verbal instructions.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, .
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, effectively balancing multiple tasks and managing time.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules based on operational needs.
- Maintains the physical capacity to perform duties requiring prolonged standing/walking and lifting/moving objects.
- Utilizes well-developed problem-solving, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Competent in critical analysis, data gathering, evaluation, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Skilled in utilizing an RF Scanner and SAP or CRM system
- Google Suite Proficiency preferred
