Shift Supervisor - Paper Packaging

This position requires availability for the evening shift. You will oversee the operations of a dedicated team during this time. Key responsibilities include managing a team of hourly associates, providing guidance and leadership in safety, quality control, and productivity, ensuring that production targets are met. You will organize and supervise the day-to-day activities in producing corrugated board, offering training, setting tasks, evaluating and managing performance, fostering a safe and cooperative workspace, and resolving team and production issues. Communicating clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners is essential. You will champion safety protocols and quality standards, contributing to ongoing initiatives and improvements across the organization. Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary.
