Sheriff's Deputy

The Mountrail County Sheriff’s Department in Stanley, ND is currently accepting applications for a Deputy Sheriff position. As a Deputy Sheriff you will play a crucial role in maintaining law and order in Mountrail County. Duties include patrolling assigned area, responding to calls for service, and enforcing County criminal, civil, vehicle, and traffic laws. You will also investigate suspicious activities, conduct interviews, and gather evidence. No experience necessary and we’ll pay the cost of your training to become ND P.O.S.T. Board licensed! Salary range of $62,100-74,688 DOE plus fully paid family health insurance and outstanding retirement! All equipment, uniforms and vehicle provided; must live in (or be willing to move to) Mountrail County.
