Sheet Metal Foreman - Commercial

We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in commercial heating and air conditioning in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervises HVAC workers
• Develop work schedules
• Ensure project are at or under budget
• Report project progress to superiors
• Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Ensure workers are using safety practices
• Performa quality checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling
• Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning
• Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings
