Key Duties:
- Administer and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site permissions, content management, and integration with Office applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Serve as the primary contact for SharePoint-related support, providing training and promoting best practices in content management and collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new and existing SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SharePoint governance standards, styling guidelines, and best practices.
- Customize and enhance SharePoint sites through UI design, workflow development, web content management, and search optimization.
- Automate workflows using SharePoint Designer, Nintex, and other tools; develop custom forms using InfoPath when applicable.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the SharePoint user experience and platform effectiveness.
- Perform additional assignments to support the continued success and efficiency of the SharePoint environment.

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Support SharePoint development activities with a strong commitment to team collaboration and continuous learning.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and technical environments.
- Participate in late-night maintenance windows to support system patching and updates.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- De-conflict competing requests and requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
- 2 or more years of SharePoint development experience.
- Current DoD 8570 Level II or higher (ex. Security+ CE).
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Power BI.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- MCTS: Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Configuration certification.
- MCTS: MS Office SharePoint Server, Configuration certification.
