Job Title: SHAREPOINT DESIGN ANALYST
Location: Remote within North Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
CANDIDATE MUST BE CURRENT NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENT

Design SharePoint and web-based solutions business processes.
Translate business and design requirements into detailed, actionable user stories.
Document project and program deliverables.
Create and maintain technical reference materials.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level environments.
Proven senior-level experience designing SharePoint and web-based solutions.
Expertise in SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site structures, and web solutions.
QA testing, including system-level, workflow, scenario-based, and edge-case validation.
Experience designing, validating, and supporting web and workflow-based solutions.
WCAG.
Experience as a SharePoint Designer or SharePoint Site Owner.
Experience using Azure DevOps.
Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience working in ServiceNow.
Experience working with Microsoft Copilot agents.
