Location: Hybrid in Lebanon, NJ

Job Description:

• M365 & SharePoint Online Expertise: Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online solutions within the M365 ecosystem, including site architecture, permissions, metadata, and governance best practices.

• M365, SharePoint and OneDrive administration experience

• Customization & Development: Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, PnP, and modern web development (React, TypeScript) to extend SharePoint capabilities and enhance user experience.

• Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of SharePoint security, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and integration with Microsoft Purview for compliance in regulated environments.

• Migration & Modernization: Hands-on experience migrating legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, including content restructuring, automation, and hybrid configurations. This can included tenant-to-tenant migrations or file share migrations using native tools or equivalent solutions like ShareGate or AvePoint

• Beneficial Experience - Power Platform & Automation: Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for building custom workflows, automation, and integrations within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
